Inner Thoughts: Moral Frameworks Series

We’re doing things a little differently today. Instead of breaking down a workplace ethics case, we’re looking behind the scenes and discussing one of the major moral frameworks that Andy uses to think through moral cases: inner thoughts. In his moral reasoning workshops, he usually takes participants through six main frameworks used in ethics. Today, he and Kate discuss inner thoughts and intentions. Stayed tuned throughout this summer for more discussions about each of the frameworks!
