Rules and resources
The rules, the cases, and the standings.
The IEB Online Regional Competition follows the same rules and procedures as the APPE IEB National Championship, and discussions focus on the full APPE IEB Regional Case Set. Bids to the National Championship are extended based on final competitive placement; the number of available bids will be announced in advance of the event.
Coaches receive limited scoring data at the end of each match: the voting result and each team’s point totals. Event organizers compile and certify results from every match room and post them to a public leaderboard after each preliminary round, with announcements when elimination rankings are set. Full scoring breakdowns, along with anonymized judge score sheets and written comments, are released after the competition concludes. Individual score sheets are not available between preliminary and elimination rounds.

Each card lists the matchup, the room, and the officials assigned to it. Use the Join button on your card to open that room in Zoom, and plan to arrive a few minutes before the round begins.
