Midwest Ethics Symposium: Ethics and Artificial Intelligence

The Janet Prindle Institute for Ethics, in collaboration with the Tenzer Technology Center, the McDermond Center for Management and Entrepreneurship, and the School of Business and Leadership, are excited to welcome scholars, students, faculty, and alumni to the Midwest Ethics Symposium on April 16-18, 2024. Join us for multiple days of presentations and discussions on the ethical implications that emerging AI technology has for our future.

The first keynote is on April 16 and will be delivered by Jon Gertner, journalist, editor and New York Times bestselling author whose work focuses on science, technology, innovation, business, and society.

The second keynote is on April 17 and will be delivered by Nate Nichols ’05, head of generative AI at Tableau.
