Appeals on Wheels

The Indiana Court of Appeals is coming to the DePauw campus this September! As part of the statewide Appeals on Wheels program, a panel of judges will hear live oral arguments in a real case, followed by a Q&A with the judges and attorneys. Appeals on Wheels is a longstanding program of the Indiana Court of Appeals that brings the court’s proceedings to schools and communities around the state. Arguments follow the same format as those heard in the Statehouse courtroom, offering a rare look at how the appeals process works.
