Visit Us at APPE 2026
The Prindle Institute for Ethics is proud to sponsor the 2026 Annual Conference of the Association for Practical and Professional Ethics (APPE)—and this year, we’re bringing a lot with us to St. Louis.
APPE is the world’s largest professional ethics organization, and it calls the Prindle Institute home. Headquartered at our campus in Greencastle, Indiana, the Association has grown over 35 years into a global gathering point for scholars, educators, and practitioners working at the intersection of ethics and everyday life. The 2026 conference — APPE’s 35th — takes place this March at the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch, and the Prindle Institute will have a visible presence throughout the week.
Our staff and students will be on the ground with scholarly presentations, pedagogy demonstrations, and programming that showcases the Institute’s intern initiatives — including the stories of the students whose work in ethics education is already making an impact beyond the classroom. Stop by our exhibition booth to connect with the team, learn more about our programs, and see what we’ve been building.
And if you’re following the Ethics Bowl, keep an eye on DePauw. The Prindle Institute’s Intercollegiate Ethics Bowl team has earned a spot as a 2026 national finalist — a reflection of the serious, rigorous ethical thinking happening right here on campus.
We’d love to see you in St. Louis. Come find us!
