Celebrating a New Educator Retreat Cohort
In June 2025, the Prindle Institute welcomed high school educators from across the country for a three-day retreat focused on ethics education and classroom dialogue. Held on DePauw University’s campus and surrounded by woods, trails, and quiet green space, the retreat combined interactive workshops, practical lesson planning, and time for rest and reflection. Participants explored case-based reasoning, moral philosophy frameworks, and techniques for facilitating hard conversations—plus a little “Trolleyology.” From fireside chats to collaborative lesson shares, the retreat created space for meaningful connection and renewed purpose.
