2026 Indiana High School Ethics Bowl
This form must be completed by December 15, 2025, for the participant to officially register for the Indiana State High School Ethics Bowl. Participants who are 18 years of age or older can complete this form themselves. For participants under 18 years of age, this form should be completed by their legal guardian.
