Story Hour: Hansel and Gretel

October 27 @ 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm at The Prindle Institute for Ethics 2961 W County Road 225 S
Greencastle, IN 46135 United States

Join us for a spooky Story Hour on Monday, October 27, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m., featuring Stephen King and Maurice Sendak’s haunting retelling of Hansel and Gretel. This is a story about fear and courage, about who to trust and who to doubt, and about the choices we make when things get desperate. We’ll read together, then open it up for discussion, asking what it really means to be brave and how far is too far to go to survive. This version leans into the dark and suspenseful side of the tale, so it’s best suited for grade-school readers and up. This event is free and all are welcome.
