Midori Kawaue graduated from DePauw University in 2017 as the Ferid Murad medal recipient for her work on publishing the Civil War Diary of Lt. James R. Weaver 18th Pennsylvania Cavalry with the DePauw Archives. At DePauw she majored in History and French.
