Evan Dutmer, Ph.D., is Senior Instructor in Ethics and Curriculum Leader in the Department of Leadership Education at Culver Academies. He received his PhD in Ancient Philosophy from Northwestern University in 2019. He is the author of Cicero's New Leadership: A Proto-Transformational Leadership Theory (Edward Elgar, 2026). He was a finalist for the 2025 APA David W. Concepción Prize for Excellence in Philosophy Teaching.
