Collaborating closely with the Director, the Associate Director plays a critical role in shaping the Institute’s long-term vision while executing its day-to-day operations. This individual will contribute to high-level decision-making and strategy development, ensuring that the Prindle Institute’s initiatives align with its mission to promote ethical thinking and understanding across diverse educational contexts. In addition to leading a variety of impactful programs, the Associate Director will serve as a key partner in driving innovation, assessing the Institute’s goals, and ensuring the successful execution of projects that foster ethical engagement at the K-12, higher education, and professional levels.
